Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize complex calendars for executives, including scheduling meetings across time zones with high-level stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.
- Collaborate with peers and executive assistants to handle scheduling for senior leadership and ensure seamless out-of-office support.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and submit expense reports; monitor and manage corporate credit card spending.
- Partner with internal teams to support executive participation in events, including arranging travel, creating itineraries, and managing logistics.
- Facilitate internal communications and support cross-regional collaboration for leadership teams.
- Assist with relationship management, including follow-ups, data entry, and stakeholder coordination.
- Plan and execute logistics for large team meetings, events, and offsite gatherings.
- Provide general administrative support, such as managing visitor arrangements, catering, and parking.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Ability to maintain composure and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
